Terms of Service
By downloading or using MeeQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MeeQR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free version and users who purchase MeeQR Premium.
2 Description of Service
MeeQR is a QR code scanner and generator application developed by MeeStudio. The App offers:
- Free version — QR scanning, basic QR generation, scan history, and core customization features, supported by ads
- MeeQR Premium — a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features and removes ads
3 MeeQR Premium — Purchases
MeeQR Premium is available as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once purchased:
- Premium features are permanently unlocked for your account on the purchased platform
- The purchase is tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account
- The purchase is non-transferable between platforms (Android and iOS are separate purchases)
Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
4 Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the platform through which you made the purchase:
- Google Play — refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
- Apple App Store — refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Requests can be submitted via Apple's Report a Problem page
MeeStudio does not process refunds directly. Please contact the respective platform for refund requests.
5 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Premium purchase at no additional cost by using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App, provided you are signed in with the same Google Play or Apple ID account used for the original purchase.
6 Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, logos, and assets within MeeQR are the intellectual property of MeeStudio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
QR codes you generate using the App are your own content. MeeStudio claims no ownership over the QR codes or data you create.
7 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MeeQR to:
- Generate QR codes that link to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its infrastructure
8 Disclaimer of Warranties
MeeQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MeeStudio does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MeeQR, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or loss of revenue.
MeeStudio's total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for MeeQR Premium.
10 Changes to These Terms
MeeStudio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
